Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement through your "My Orders" section, provided the order has not been processed for production or shipped. Since we specialize in custom prints and personalized products, once your order enters the production phase, it cannot be cancelled as it becomes a customized item specifically created for you.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of our products. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Refund Process for Cancellations

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled within the permitted timeframe, refunds will be initiated immediately. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days for online payments and 7-10 business days for other payment methods.

Return & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns and replacements are processed exclusively for damaged or defective products received by the customer. To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  • • Provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the damaged product
  • • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
  • • Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories
  • • Provide your order number and delivery details

Refund Policy for Damaged Products

In cases where we cannot provide a replacement for your damaged product due to stock unavailability or other constraints, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • • Products modified or altered by the customer
